Beginning our 10th year, RIP-IT continues to be about a PROGRAM. While tournaments are fun and a great time to showcase a player’s abilities, the real work comes in our weekly practices with some of the best area instructors. It doesn’t matter if you are a second or fourth grader starting out, a middle school player ready to take lacrosse more seriously, or a Division 1 scholarship prospect; player development is arguably the most important and least emphasized component of OTHER premier lacrosse clubs.
No matter what your skill level, RIP-IT is dedicated to developing individuals to reach their full playing potential. Our training sessions will focus on teaching the skills, concepts and game situations that will give you the confidence to make quality decisions on the field and ULTIMATELY prepare you to play at the next level. Loads of scrimmage opportunities in small game and full field situations RIP-IT alums have gone on to become captains of college teams and to win national championships at the D1, D2 and D3 level.
